Who we are

This website is operated by LiVE Energy Minerals Corp., 1890–1075 West Georgia Street, Vancouver, BC V6E 3C9, Canada. If you have any question about this policy or about information we hold about you, email info@liveenergyminerals.com.

What we collect

Contact-form messages. When you use the form on our contact page, what you write — along with your name and email address — is emailed to our general inbox so we can reply to you. It is not stored in a database and you are not added to any mailing list.

Investor-report requests. When you request our investor report we store your name and email address, plus your company and phone number if you choose to give them, in our database so we can send you the report. We also keep a record of your consent as required by Canada’s anti-spam legislation (CASL): if you simply make an inquiry, that implied consent lasts six months; if you tick the box asking to stay on our news list, that express consent lasts until you withdraw it. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribe requests are honoured.

Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see how the site is used — page views, referrers and the like. It is cookie-free, collects no personal data, and does not track you across other sites.

Advertising cookies

Where we use advertising pixels to support our investor outreach — potentially from Meta (Facebook), LinkedIn or Google — they load only after you accept them through the cookie banner. If you decline, or make no choice, no advertising cookies are set and no pixel scripts load. Your choice is stored in a single first-party cookie and you can change it at any time using the Cookie preferences link in the footer.

Your rights

Email us at info@liveenergyminerals.com at any time to ask what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We never sell personal information.

Governing law

We handle personal information in accordance with Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
