About LiVE

LiVE Energy Minerals Corp. is a mineral exploration company headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia, listed on the Canadian Securities Exchange under the symbol LIVE and quoted in the United States as GTREF.

The Company is focused on uranium in the Grants mineral belt of New Mexico, and retains a royalty interest in the McDermitt East Lithium Project in Nevada. It has also optioned two mineral claims in Saskatchewan to an arm’s length purchaser. LiVE was formerly named Gold Tree Resources and changed its name in February 2023.

Over a decade of mining and exploration experience, including work as an underground mine geologist and roles with major mining operations across Canada and the United States. Graduate of Simon Fraser University with a specialization in geology. Member of Engineers and Geoscientists British Columbia since 2008, and the qualified person for the Company’s projects under NI 43-101.

Chief Financial Officer

Chartered Accountant, and founder and president of Corpfinance Advisors Inc. since 1984. Experience spans retail, manufacturing, telecommunications and energy sectors.

Kosta Tsoutsis

Director

More than 20 years in finance and capital markets, currently Chief Executive Officer of M3 Metals Corp. Formerly an investment advisor at major firms, specialising in venture capital development, and has directly raised over C$30 million in development and venture capital.

Brett Matich

Director

Mechanical engineer with more than 25 years in mining across the Australian, Toronto and London exchanges. Past chief executive roles include ASX-listed companies, and has identified major deposit developments resulting in significant market capitalisation growth.
